Who We Are

Market Invoice (marketinvoice.co.uk) is operated by Best Business Loans Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16833937). Our registered address is Cust Hall, Toppesfield, Halstead, England, CO9 4EB. The data controller is Best Business Loans Ltd.

What Data We Collect

When you use our comparison tool or request quotes, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your company name and annual turnover
• Your industry and the type of finance you need
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via cookies)

How We Use Your Data

• To pass your quote request to our introduction partner, eCapital, a UK invoice finance broker, so it can get your quotes and contact you
• To improve our comparison service and website
• To send you relevant information about invoice finance (only with your consent)

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) when you submit our quote request form, and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) for website analytics and service improvement.

Who We Share Data With

When you submit a quote request, we send your details to our introduction partner, eCapital, a UK invoice finance broker, which uses them to get your quotes and contact you. We do not sell your data to marketing lists or data brokers.

To run the service we also use these processors:

• Supabase: stores quote requests (our lead database).
• Resend: delivers quote requests by email to eCapital and to the Market Invoice team inboxes. FormSubmit: sends a backup copy of each request to the Market Invoice team only.
• Telegram: sends our team an internal alert that a new request has arrived.
• Companies House: looks up your company when you search for it in the form.
• Cloudflare: hosts the site and blocks automated form abuse (Turnstile).
• Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Zuko (form analytics) and the Meta Pixel: measure how the site and form are used, only after you accept analytics cookies.

If you start the form and leave before sending it, we may receive the company you selected so we can see where people drop off. We do not receive your name, email or phone number until you submit.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for 24 months from your last interaction. After this period, your data is securely deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

International transfers

Some of our processors (for example Cloudflare, Google and, depending on region, our database and email providers) may process personal data outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum, together with appropriate technical safeguards, so your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality. Analytics and measurement tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Zuko and the Meta Pixel) run only after you choose "Accept all" on the cookie banner. If you reject, they do not load.
