The best invoice finance providers with Xero and QuickBooks integration are Hydr (per-invoice funding within 24 hours, no whole-ledger contract), Satago (credit control tools included), and Triver (micro-business friendly). Integration means invoices are automatically submitted for funding - less admin, faster cash, and real-time visibility in your accounting software.

Why Integration Matters
Without integration, you raise an invoice in Xero, then log into a separate portal to upload it for funding. With integration, invoices raised in Xero flow through to the funder automatically, so you only choose which to fund. This eliminates duplicate data entry, reduces errors, and speeds up funding.
Integration also gives you real-time visibility - you can see funded amounts, outstanding advances, and available credit directly inside your accounting software. For businesses that live in Xero or QuickBooks, this is a significant time-saver.
Traditional Providers Still Work
If you don't use Xero or QuickBooks, or you prefer a larger, more established provider, traditional invoice finance from Bibby, Close Brothers, or Ultimate Finance is still a strong option. They use their own portals for invoice submission. Integration is a convenience feature, not a deal-breaker.
Most of the integrated fintechs above are newer and smaller than the bank-owned providers. If you want the track record and scale of a long-established merchant bank such as Close Brothers (founded 1878, per Close Brothers), a traditional provider with a manual upload process may suit you better.
